I (the costumer) read, understand, confirm and agree with all the terms, conditions and rental agreements of J-C Harley Services (the seller) shown in this form or page. This reservation count as legit contract. I do not need to be present when making charges to my credit card. Reservation fees will non-refundable. Responsable if i lost the motorcycle keys, the seller will charge $100.00 for replacement. Costumer is responsable for first $1,000 insurance deposit for any lost of damage. Costumer is responsable for their gasoline they consume.
